Five 30-45 minute coaching sessions over 8 weeks. Following an initial discovery session, we will identify pelvic floor dysfunction and/or go over Physical Therapy findings. We will explore how pelvic health is affecting other areas of your wellness, discuss lifestyle changes, get you started on home exercises and discuss the need for any further resources or referrals.
*Please note: This series is most effectively used in conjunction with Pelvic Health PT or following discharge from PT.
One, 30-45 minute coaching session. Individuals come to this consultation with an area of wellness they would like to work on during the session. After exploring values and readiness to change, you will leave with focus and definitive action steps to propel you toward improved wellness.
*Please note: Single sessions can be very effective alone, however they often end up becoming the first session within a series. The micro session cost will simply be deducted from your chosen series fee.
